Three things worth knowing before you order
We name the maker
We are a retailer, not a manufacturer. Every product page says who made the garment — LookbookStore, luvamia, Eytino, ZHUHOUSE, chouyatou, Gloria Vanderbilt, Levi Strauss Signature Gold — rather than putting our own label on someone else’s work.
Delivery takes 11–17 business days
3–5 business days to process, 8–12 in transit. Orders ship from our partner warehouse overseas, in China, then travel with USPS or FedEx. Import duties are already in the price, so nothing is owed on delivery. Cut-off is 6:00 PM MT, Monday to Friday.
Returns are free and land in Texas
30 days from delivery. Email us, we send a prepaid label, and the parcel goes to our US returns facility — you are not shipping anything back overseas. No restocking fee. Refund issued 5–7 business days after it arrives.
Get the size right first time
Denim sizing is not consistent between makers
So “take your usual size” is not advice, it is a coin toss. Here is what we can tell you, and where we have to say we do not know.
- Where a maker gave us a real chart, it is on the Size & Fit page — US size equivalents, not vague words.
- Where one was not supplied, we say so on the product page instead of inventing numbers.
- Between sizes on a plus-size jean with an elastic back waist? Choose for your hip; the waist has the give.
- Still unsure? Email us the style and the measurement you need and we will ask the supplier before you order.

Plus-size styles are listed 1X–5X and numeric-sized jeans run 4–18. Those makers did not supply body-measurement charts, so we have not published any.
